We ensure high levels of deliverability by insisting on permission-based mailing. Following commercial best practice ensures that the people you are mailing to are on your mailing list because they want to be there.
Permission-based email systems benefit from being white listed by major internet service providers such as BT, Yahoo!, Google, AOL, Hotmail and others. This means that email newsletters sent from our servers are rarely classed as ‘spam’ by the internet service providers – unlike mailings from some of our ‘competitors’ where many of the emails never even reach their intended recipients or get diverted straight into a junk mailer folder if they do arrive.
