print4tomorrow introduces the incredible Online Print Management System otherwise known as web2print or web to print.

The print4tomorrow Online Print Management System (web2print or web to print) allows you to manage your organisation’s printing – ensuring consistent use of your logo and corporate design standards whilst assisting in minimising print expenditure.

With designs for all your standard literature and stationery held on our secure servers and by logging on to your own dedicated web portal, printed materials can be updated, proofed and promptly ordered directly online and often – remarkably - delivered the next working day.

You can also easily and simply change variable data on selected items and order them instantly. The system is fast, flexible and benefits you by reducing the demands on your time yet provides you with total control over everything that is printed.

This sophisticated technology (web2print or web to print) is ideal for the production of short run printing, alleviating storage issues and meaning no more mouldering boxes of out of date literature lurking in the corner of your office. However should you have the requirement for a large print order the remarkable system also allows documents to be sent to lithographic or wide format printers.

Giving you absolute control over your printing requirements.

t2 asked to develop nationwide consumer product survey for Indesit and Hotpoint
08 April 2009 - As part of a brand and perceptions review, t2 were commissioned by Indesit and Hotpoint to manage an engagement programme with over 40,000 customers nationwide.
Indesit and Hotpoint are two brands renowned for quality products and excellent customer service. To maintain this reputation and better understand how individual products perform throughout their working life, t2 were asked to design and develop a customer survey that would deliver a quantitative analysis on the experience of using Hotpoint and Indesit products for over 40,000 registered customers.

Our primary objective was to maximise response rates, so the survey was developed in-line with a ‘free appliance’ competition and also utilised variable data print technology to rebrand the questionnaire and swap product photography according to the products that each customer already owned. By personalising content in this way, we effectively engaged with consumers by only presenting relevant information to them.

The campaign has been mailed to over 40,000 Indesit and Hotpoint customers with an automated response mechanism in place to handle replies over the next four weeks.
