print4tomorrow introduces the incredible Online Print Management System otherwise known as web2print or web to print.

The print4tomorrow Online Print Management System (web2print or web to print) allows you to manage your organisation’s printing – ensuring consistent use of your logo and corporate design standards whilst assisting in minimising print expenditure.

With designs for all your standard literature and stationery held on our secure servers and by logging on to your own dedicated web portal, printed materials can be updated, proofed and promptly ordered directly online and often – remarkably - delivered the next working day.

You can also easily and simply change variable data on selected items and order them instantly. The system is fast, flexible and benefits you by reducing the demands on your time yet provides you with total control over everything that is printed.

This sophisticated technology (web2print or web to print) is ideal for the production of short run printing, alleviating storage issues and meaning no more mouldering boxes of out of date literature lurking in the corner of your office. However should you have the requirement for a large print order the remarkable system also allows documents to be sent to lithographic or wide format printers.

Giving you absolute control over your printing requirements.

PDF workflow bridging the gap between design and delivery
12 June 2009 - PDF workflow standardisation and optimisation are key ingredients in t2 Studios’ growth and success
Advertising and Marketing | PDF workflow bridging the gap between design and delivery
Over the last year, key members of the team at t2 Studios have developed a new system encouraging standardisation and optimisation in production of work. With a primary focus on PDF production, the new system allows for greater control over the creation of PDFs, allowing them to be specifically tailored to suit like never before.

Where high quality print files might have had to be uploaded to an FTP site or burned to disk, more and more often even larger jobs are now small enough to email. And PDFs designed for use on the web are high quality even when printed, but full optimisation means that they are much smaller, so viewed faster, taking up less memory and time to view.

print4tomorrow, the digital printing arm of t2 Studios has noticed the difference; ‘The new PDFs created save significant time in the printing process. The smaller files mean that a job can be printed up to four times faster than printing from an un-optimised PDF or from applications such as Quark or InDesign.’

This has enabled the team at t2 Studios to become more efficient, and with standardisation across the board, has resulted in the client receiving an even better service. The emphasis can be placed firmly in creating exciting design work, not wasting time thinking about
how to deliver it.

In these testing times, efficiency and reliability are invaluable. t2 Studios are committed to continuing to improve the service they offer their clients and are always looking for ways to develop further.

Standardisation and optimisation couldn’t work without the strong ethos of teamwork at t2 Studios. ‘We are all in this together,’ explains Technical Director Jay Hill. ‘All of us are responsible for the growth and success of our business by delivering quickly and efficiently for our clients. Together our hard work will help to paint a bright future and create more opportunities for all of us.’

t2 Studios are able to save clients money by offering a service from start to finish, whatever the requirements. The new PDF workflow system is highly efficient in bridging the gap between designing and delivering the job.

With the web development and print divisions of t2 Studios growing all the time, t2 Studios are able to offer the full package to their clients in the most professional way possible. ‘We have improved our software and intelligence tenfold, and continue to do so. PDF workflow has meant that a 200 page catalogue can now be delivered for print or web at up to a tenth of the size, without loss of quality. Tight magazine deadlines can be met more easily as production has lead to adverts being emailed across in seconds, making us more professional and effective in delivering to our clients.’

If you are interested in working with t2 Studios, please contact us to discuss how we can help your business grow.
