web2print – Online Print Management
print4tomorrow introduces the incredible Online Print Management System otherwise known as web2print or web to print.

The print4tomorrow Online Print Management System (web2print or web to print) allows you to manage your organisation’s printing – ensuring consistent use of your logo and corporate design standards whilst assisting in minimising print expenditure.

With designs for all your standard literature and stationery held on our secure servers and by logging on to your own dedicated web portal, printed materials can be updated, proofed and promptly ordered directly online and often – remarkably - delivered the next working day.

You can also easily and simply change variable data on selected items and order them instantly. The system is fast, flexible and benefits you by reducing the demands on your time yet provides you with total control over everything that is printed.

This sophisticated technology (web2print or web to print) is ideal for the production of short run printing, alleviating storage issues and meaning no more mouldering boxes of out of date literature lurking in the corner of your office. However should you have the requirement for a large print order the remarkable system also allows documents to be sent to lithographic or wide format printers.

Giving you absolute control over your printing requirements.

Painting from the same colour palette
24 June 2009 - Standardised colour settings and optimisation are all part of the package from t2 Studios
Advertising and Marketing | Painting from the same colour palette
Here at t2 Studios we are always looking for ways to develop. Clients and prospective clients expect the best. We want to be the best in all areas of our business. We work hard to offer the right solutions to individual requirements; as every client is unique. The service we offer to clients needs to be tailored to suit, but some things remain the same whoever we are
working with.

In the Design Studio we work hard to ensure standardisation. The colour, print and production settings in particular ensure that work leaving t2 is professional both in terms of design and content, and also delivery.

A successful industry professional should ideally have more than one string to their bow. By learning more about printing and production processes, creatives at t2 Studios have greater insight into the industry. This knowledge improves teamwork when collaborating on jobs everyday internally and with printers. Better mutual understanding will ultimately benefit clients when greater efficiency is achieved, and tighter deadlines can be met.

And surely that’s the most important thing, it sounds obvious, but without our clients t2
wouldn’t exist.

t2 Studios has a strong background in pre media and print, working with a variety of clients in the Public and Private sector. Before the days of digital print, Repro houses had to ensure standardisation and optimisation for all job specifications. We understand the value of
these principles.

When working on a job, designers use a multitude of software, and often work as a team. t2 have set CMYK colour specification settings for print, and RGB settings for web. These are standardised across the board.

Each programme on every workstation has the same settings to make the whole process more efficient and reliable. These settings go hand in hand with our production settings, particularly the PDF workflow system from PDF to print, PDF to online, and also from web to print; all of which are standardised. We can also offer clients a personalised settings package to match any of their requirements, which will be implemented on all jobs.

By encouraging optimisation of images within documents we bring the file size down, reduce the risk of file corruption, and are able to deliver the job quicker.

The mix of standardisation and optimisation, alongside talent, creativity, service, and value is helping t2 Studios to grow, and will continue to do so.

Efficiency and professionalism are qualities that people remember.

This is the t2 standard.

If you are interested in working with t2, please contact us to discuss how we can help your business grow.
